It was a cool cloudy windy day at Wildwood NJ for the opening day of the 80^th National Marble Tournament

The flag stand right out with the high winds.

With the high winds these young marble players had to deal with the marbles being moved by the wind. Once a shooter hits a marble and moves the marble if the wind blows the marble out it counts. If the wind starts the marble moving the marble needs to be put back. It is ok to use their hands to block the wind to keep it from blowing the shooter marble out but the referee must be able to see the marble to make sure that the marble don’t touch the players hand.
