I have no control over the quality of the color of marbles the manufacture shipped to
The manufacture makes up a batch of glass for the color they want. Some times it dose not come out as good as I would like
them to be. I don't know until I receive the marbles if it is a good color or not. The only choice I have is to sell what I can get or
not have that color. It may be a year or more before they run that color again and I will not know the quality of the next batch
until I receive them. I try to keep an up to date photo of the color on the web when they change. But colors can show up different
on different computers.

What credit cards do you Take?
We take Mastercard, Visa and Amreican Express.
I got a Duplicate order error, Did my first order go through?
When you placed your order something must have been wrong in your credit card info.
The shopping cart holds info about the product you order for 15 to 20 min. If you submit the order the shopping cart can think it's the last order that failed and will give you a duplicate order error, looking at the order that failed. If you reorder give it 20 to 30 min. for the shopping cart reset
It should then work if your card is ok
I only get orders after the credit card company OK's the card.
You will need to replace the order.
I have no control over what the procesing center ok's or don't.
Just like the cashier at wal mart when you swipe your card.
Your credit card info goes direct to the processing center .
We don't get that info.
I didn't hear back from the e-mail fax or email with an attachment.
Because a lot of virus are spread by opening an e-mails attachment. I do not open up any attachments.
Web fax are often sent as an attachment with no info about who sent it and no return e-mail address.
What's your return policy ?
In order to return an Item.
No returns will be accepted with out prior approval.
E-mail us with your order # and why you want to return the product.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge unless it was our mistake.
We will credit or refund the purchase price of the items you ordered. (not the shipping )
All returns must be accompanied with a copy of the invoice or the invoice number.
The Item must be returned in 30 days and make sure you pack them well. ( Don't just put them in a box lose)
Return by UPS or postal service .
Please read the info we have about size color and quality before placing your order
the refund will be credited back to your credit card used to place the order.
If you ordered with a money order it will be refunded with a Company Check.
If you are not happy with the marbles you buy from us you can exchange them or get a refund if you return them in 30 days or less.
If you order the wrong size and we sent you the size you ordered and you would like to exchange them for a different size we will do that but you will have to pay the actual shipping cost. If the marbles you return are not the size you ordered we will pay the shipping both ways.
